We are offering our 2nd chef guided meal with wine pairing. This is an intimate experience with a fine meal and wine. It will include..

Bread course followed by appetizer trio of small delectable bites
Winterberry salad
Roasted sweet corn vichyssoise
Roasted Pheasant with sweet potato puree
Surf and turf sampler with parmesan crusted beef filet and grilled scampi mahi
Dessert trio with a crepe, house made truffle and french macaroon

We will also be pairing an unsweetened cherry wine that has been aged in a bourbon barrel. This is not a wine that we plan on producing regularly, it is a small batch for special occasion use.
