This event will feature a 5K Run/Walk for all ages with the hope to bring awareness to overdose and addiction. The 5k run/walk is in honor of Jordan “Petey” Scribner who lost his life by an overdose. The Jog for kids 10 and under is in honor of Jake Scribner who also lost his life by an overdose. Proceeds have gone towards scholarships and drug awareness programs in Douglas and surrounding communities. They are also in the process of building a recovery home for those in recovery of substance abuse. To register please click on the link below.
