Book Discussion – Dred Scott v. Sanford @ Tuscola Public Library – Tuscola, IL

Pick up a packet of materials from the library about the Dred Scott Decision: a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court that held that the U.S. Constitution did not extend American citizenship to people of black African descent, and thus they could not enjoy the rights and privileges the Constitution conferred upon American citizens.
