Charcuterie Class with Honey Bee Boards @ Willow Ridge Winery – Shelbyville, IL

We are so excited to host a charcuterie board class! The class will consist of all the charcuterie items needed to make a board to take home with you that will serve 3-4 people and snacks to munch on while you are here. Registration fee includes a glass of wine. This class will cost $40. Please call the winery to register or register online at eventbrite

You can also order a custom board to have delivered at Willow Ridge if desired. Dodie is ordering one because she loves charcuterie. Each board is custom made using seasonal cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, dips and jams. Additionally, each board comes with a jar of locally sourced honey and honey dipper as the perfect accompaniment to your board.
