Diabetes Support Group @ HSHS Holy Family Hospital – Greenville, IL
1st Tuesday of the Month at 4 PM – 5 PM –
The Diabetes Support Group is open to those with diabetes and their family members and/or caregivers. Participants should gather in the waiting area by registration and will be guided to the classroom. The group meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m.
Participants will be required to wear non-cloth, medical-grade masks, as masks are still required in health care facilities per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
