Frog & Toad Night Hike @ Bremer Sanctuary – Hillsboro, IL

Hiking at night offers encounters and sounds the average person may never experience. Join us as we host Jim Hefley, retired Aquatic Biologist from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, for an in-barn program and nocturnal hike to our vernal ponds. Species to encounter may include Spring Peeper, Chorus Frog, Wood Frog and American Toads.

What to bring: flashlight, bug repellent, proper footwear.
Family friendly, donations appreciated.
