Join us on Monday evenings for Hatha Yoga with Babbs. Hatha Yoga is an Iyengar style class of asana (poses) and breath wrok for students interested in the therapeutic applications of yoga. Expect a slower pace and longer holds as we explore the fundamentals of each pose. All levels welcome // $10 drop-in class // mats and props available.
