We are launching the Health Survey’s! The purpose of conducting the Health Survey’s is to investigate clusters, not just cancer. We welcome anybody to report issues see below, dating back to the past 25 years. Our team will be there to assist if you have questions, or need help. We will have information available regarding the timeline of the Superfund Site. Please share this information with family/friends. Personal information will not be shared, only the data we collect. Many illnesses are not reported to the state, only the Cancer Registry.

April 3 5-9
April 5 5-9
All sessions will be at the Township Building in Taylorville.
You will have the opportunity to report the following:
Self Reporting Cancer
Reporting Cancer for a Familly Member
Reporting Death of a Family Member
Reporting other health related issues (MS, Epstein Bar, Blood Disorders, Neurological Disorders such as Alzheimers, seizures, tremors, Reproductive Issues, Cardiac Arrythmias and other serious health problems).
