History Book Club @ Moultrie County Historical & Genealogical Society – Sullivan, IL

Our new book club will be meeting on January 12th at 6:30 PM. Doug Shook will be leading the group and the first book we will be discussing is “War and Wine” by Don & Petie Kladstrup. This is the story of the French wine producers who undertook ingenious, daring measures to save their cherished crops and bottles as the Germans closed in on them.
You may call 217-728-4085 or come into the Moultrie County History Center to sign up by December 16th. We will have a few copies of the book here at the center or you may check one out at Elizabeth Titus Memorial Library. If you wish, you can always purchase one online at Amazon.
