The Friends of the Greenville Public Library will host their first “Hobby Night” presentation of 2024 at 7:00 on Thursday, February 15.

Barbara Dyar, of Greenville, will share her long time hobby of “Scherenschinitte”, (which is the German art of scissor cuts, or PAPER CUTTING). Barbara has created a variety of paper pictures, (animals, birds, floral, quilts, scenery and people…), as well as 3-D paper ornaments. She will display many of these in her presentation.

Jo Keillor, Library Director, will also bring some books from the library to share as well.

This free event will take place at the BNB Community Room.
