Power Flow Yoga with Dana @ Hazel-Jayne

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, repeating until May 25, 2020
Mondays 6pm – 7pm
Come enjoy a 60 minute body flow and tune up with this active power yoga flow. This is a Vinyasa-style yoga class to stretch, strengthen, and heat the body using movement. This class will conclude by slowing down into a final relaxation. Regular instructor Dana Devall RYT-200 Barefoot Freedom. This class would be for practicing yogi’s : intermediate/advanced. This is a donation-based Pay-What-You-Can class, suggested donation $10. Some mats and props (blankets, blocks, straps) are available or you are welcome to bring your own.
