Carle Richland Memorial Hospital offers various educational resources for patients and their families, including information about diet and nutrition for specific health conditions, ostomy care, and wound care. Our education Nurses also provide general information for patients and/or caregivers concerning best practices for managing and living with specific medical problems. The Patient and Family Education Department coordinates various educational events for the community, including:
- Diabetic Support Group (Monthly)
- Diabetic Education Day (Yearly, March)
- HealthFest (Yearly, October)
- Better Breathers Club (Monthly)
