Here are a few tips for staying healthy
Eat Well. (this is the time of year for all those fresh fruits and vegetables.)
Maintain a Healthy Weight (Replace those sugar drinks to water – It has 0 calories.
Prevent Falls (Keep a path clear of clutter, keep extension cords off your paths. Remove loose carpet and no throw rugs – this is a major fall risk.)
Manage Stress (This can often be done with exercise. Make time for friends and events. If your plate is too full…learn to tell people “No”.)
Don’t regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many.
